This book was encouraging to me. Numerous times throughout reading it, I said to myself, "Wait! I'm not the only one?!"
I liked how the authors took a deep, close-up look at the most common tempations that men or women face. They shared some good ideas for standing against temptation. I would've liked for them to maybe dig a little deeper into their subject matter, but the material was still good.
I would particularly recommend this book for someone who is a new Christian.
